Jackson Night
Funny, playful, charismatic jokester. Master swordsman. From Ilo. Juniper's main Love interest. Becomes first Mage in over 3,000 years.
Gwendalyn
Heir to the Elvin throne. From Fairwaters. Sarcastic, tough, loyal, will protect her friends over her own life. Master warrior.
Ivanna
Possible heir to Acela's throne. Bubbly, joyful, perpetually late. Will's love interest. Has faith in people and the world.
Philip
Possible heir to Acela's throne. Thoughtful, timid, but kind and brilliant. Lacks confidence in himself as a leader but has all the makings of a great king. Twin brother to Ivanna.
William
Raised by Nightshade organization. Rose through the ranks rapidly, and is now a trusted Grayhood. Anna's love interest. Quiet defiance against some of Nightshades crueler acts. Quiet yet strong, thoughtful, loving, gentle.
Oliver
A bakers son from Sargos. Ollie is charismatic, friendly, yet he is a high strung perfectionist who likes to have everything a certain way. However he is a great listener and wise for his years.
Hunter
Heir to the Sylorian throne. loves to observe and push peoples buttons. Is a real jerk for a while, before sees kindness and find love and acceptance in his friends. Carmen's love interest.
Carmen
Heir to the Illinian throne. Gentle yet strong spirit. Finds herself and her own path throughout the books. She is kind and loves people, full of light and faith in people, a gentle soul. Hunter's love interest.
Nickolas
The youngest in the group, 10 or 11. Really has very little in common with the picture, except he has dark hair and might look like a much happier version of this guy ten years after the books. he is mischievous and has a quick wit.
Arabella
Heir to the Marivian throne. Pensive and judgmental but learns to love and except others different than herself by the end
Omari
Heir to the Sargonian throne. Mild mannered and usually quiet happy to stay out of conversations that don't particularly involve him. But he learns loyalty to more than just a few, as well as how to love the others in the group without bias.
